Kim Lewis Breast Cancer Fund

Kim was recently diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer. She will be having surgery for a mastectomy on March 30, 2016. Once she recuperates from the surgery, she will need to follow up with chemotherapy and radiation. This fund has been set up to help with medical bills, rent, utilities, groceries etc as she will obviously be off from work for a long period of time.
