Help Joie Make Beautiful Music
Donation protected
Joie is a 16 yr old, talented and extremely dedicated flute player. She is principal chair for the Arkansas Symphony Youth Orchestra as well as a member of her high school band program. She has played Swan Lake with the youth ballet, side by side with the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra and played with Rachel Barton Pine. This year, on top of being invited to numerous auditions and camps, including one with The Knights, she has the opportunity to go to DC and play in the 4th of July parade. All the auditions, rehearsals, lessons, and practice leave little time for a 4.0 student to work a traditional job, so she desperately needs financial help to keep up this level of dedication. DC alone will cost $1000. Lessons run about $1000 a year. Auditions and camps are about $500. Then there is transportation, music, and maintenance costs. Please, if you can spare even a dollar consider helping a young musician to continue playing beautiful music.
