Brenda and Paul Davis are an ordinary Christian couple from Pennsylvania who have been married for 24 years and feel that God has called them to step WAY outside of their comfort zone and adopt a beautiful 5-year old deaf boy from Southeast Asia.
As the adoption process is just starting, they're not allowed to share lots of details yet, but suffice to say, the boy was abandoned at a bus station around age 3 and came into the orphanage anonymously with eight containers of milk and no name or identity. The boy's story is tragic up until now, but they truly believe God has wonderful plans for him.
They currently have two wonderful daughters that are five and eight. Brenda is a homeschooling stay-at-home mom and ASL interpreter who interprets Sunday services at a local church, and Paul is a Research Engineer with a local Network Security company who was raised with four adopted (and three biological) siblings.
They are extremely excited with what God is going to do and ask that you join them in this adventure!
The funds raised will be used entirely for the adoption process which is approximately $35K after all is said and done. There are a number of fees including a home study fee that are coming up shortly and they would love to have the adoption funded by New Years to help expedite the process. They will share regular updates with all donors as things progress.
