Daniel jr. was run over by a work truck while he was performing electrical service along the I-75 freewayand Longlake road in a construction zone.  One of the other service trucks  was backing up and the driver did not see Daniel behind the truck.  Daniel was knocked down with his back turned and was ran over by the truck, and the truck came to rest with the  rear wheels crushing Daniel jr.  , he was pined under the truck and the driver got out of the truck and came to the back of the truck and saw Daniel jr. under the truck, the driver got back in the truck and pulled the truck forward off of Daniel as he laid helpless on the highway.  911 was called and Daniel was rushed to the hospital  with broken ribs, broken pelvis and internal bleeding.  He was rushed into surgery and was put on life support machines , both of his lungs collapsed and were bleeding.  he also has injuries to his arm.  In the first few hours we still do not know the extent of his other injuries , but he is in the ICU this morning.  He will be in the hospital for many  weeks according to one of the doctors.  He has been unconscious in an induced coma since being taken to the hospital.  Daniel is a single parent and is raising his two daughters  by himself and he also has a 5 year old son that lives with his son's mother.  Daniel  has been laid off all winter long and this was his first week back to work .  This is a life changing event for Daniel , the doctors have told us he will not be able to walk for at least 3 months , and if and when he does he will need a cane and could possibly limp due to the damage to his body.    We are asking for your help to donate what you can to help Daniel with some of his bills and help him care for his girls while he starts his long struggle back .
