Dance 4 Life is our flagship youth event, bringing international choreographers to the heart of East Durham so children and young people don’t miss out due to cost or travel.

For 17 years, Nuvo Wellbeing has worked with children and families in underserved communities, using dance and movement to improve health, confidence, and happiness. To date, we’ve supported over 61,000 people to improve their wellbeing.

We know that experiences like this can feel out of reach for some families. That’s why we’re asking our community to pay it forward.

Every £10 donated gives one young person access to a full day of inspiring dance workshops with international choreographers. A one-off experience, delivered locally, so opportunity comes to them.

This approach reflects everything we stand for. Our N-Dance Academies run free or at just £1 per session, because we believe wellbeing and movement should never be a luxury.
