We are raising money for my dear cousin Dan Neuwirth as he battles Burkitt Lymphoma. Dan is a cardiothoracic surgical ICU nurse in Canton, Ohio. He is a loving husband to Justine, and amazing father to his beautiful girls, Valerie 5, and Courtney 3.
Last February Dan received a life altering diagnosis of an extremely rare and aggressive form of lymhoma, Burkitt Lymphoma .
He has exhausted all treatment options in the Cleveland area and will be moving to NYC to begin a phase 2 clinical trial at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
We are asking for donations to help with the costs of care, relocation and to help make their lives a little easier during this exceptionally difficult time.
