Daddy has cancer. Please help the Miner Family.

Becky & Kris have four sweet daughters, and a handsome young boy whom they love, and cherish. The girls are 13, 12, & 5 years old, and they have an adorable 11 month old baby sister. Their son is 9 years old.

Kris recently suffered severe back pain, while carrying one of his children, during a hiking excursion in March. As a weightlifter, he was used to transient back pain. This pain, however, never went away as expected.

After months of chronic pain and eventually treatment by urgent care doctors and most recently emergency surgery, they found that this pain is actually a large, cancerous tumor wrapped around his spine affecting other areas.

He is currently recovering from major spine surgery.

Further tests have indicated that this cancer is metastatic and has spread to other locations as well.

During this time, and in future treatments yet to be determined, Kris will no longer be able to work to provide for the family that he loves.

Becky will have to be there for him, provide for the family, homeschool and take care of their 5 children while he's sick, all while they pray that treatment works and as they deal with any side effects.

And all of this as they pray that God works a mighty miracle in Kris’ health and body.

This fund is intended to cover lost income, to provide a supplement for health, additional treatments, & provide for general family living expenses.

Becky, Kris, and their children will need this. Bills still need to be paid. Growing children still need food, entertainment, clothing, and other things that accompany a loving upbringing.
