After joining the Urban Yoga community in 2012, I witnessed a rapid transformation of my Spirit. I awakened to a deeper Calling, that of student, teacher, and intuitive healer.  Now, as a certified yoga instructor, children’s yoga instructor, and Urban Barre instructor, I am following my heart’s authentic path and am committed to helping others to do the same. The next steps in the evolution of my training are to complete Nia White Belt Training and obtain my license as a Spiritual Healer.
