Help Our Family Heal

Hello my name is Amy Taeusch and I am starting this Fundraiser for my best friend Nichole Theisen, her husband Will and their 4 children. The family has been renting a house in rural Michigan at an affordable rate for the last 4+ years. They just discovered that the house is infested with toxic mold, which has been causing serious health issues, especially for Nichole. They will need to vacate the property. In addition, they will need to dispose of a lot of their possessions due to the mold contamination. They also have to find temporary homes for their two dogs and two cats which is heartbreaking.

Thanks to a generous person, they have found temporary housing. The immediate need is twofold. They will need to replace necessary household and personal items.

The other large expense will be treatment for detoxing from the mold. While they will have health insurance in January, most treatment places are not covered by insurance and are very expensive.

There are also other unexpected expenses that have come up and that may come up with this whole process.

Please help my friends get back on their feet and in a safe warm place that will not hurt their health and also get the help they need to heal physically and emotionally from this unexpected and horrible situation.
