Our LANDSLIDE disaster

Twelve months ago we were building our family home. Approximately four weeks from us moving in the land suffered a significant landslide event. Luckily we had not moved in at the time.
Since then we have been caught up in a legal mine field with very little hope of a successful resolution.
To date it has already cost us in excess $30,000 and still we have nothing.
We have been paying the mortgage as well as renting and our financial position is now critical.
Whilst we are greatful for the support from friends and family with food and some essentials our situation has become so overwhelming that we have started to sell our possessions to pay our mounting expenses.
As our house was was pre-fabricated and easily moved to prevent significant damage the only solution now is to purchase another block of land.
There appears to be very little help available to people in our situation.
