Medical Bills

One year ago I left the states for Istanbul, Turkey to start teaching english. Before leaving, I got an IUD because access to birth control over here is kind of sketchy and I wanted to be safe. However, my body has rejected it and now its requiring me to have a surgery (not a big one, but it will require anesthisia). The truth is that it's simply too expensive to have here in Turkey (considering I don't have health care here as I was recently fired from my job with no notice or reason given). I now find myself in a situation where I don't have money to pay for the expensive surgery here, but I also don't have money to get back home to the States where I could get it done with a doctor I can communicate with at a clean facility. Since I am fully supporting myself over here in Turkey without parental help, I'm asking for help to get back to the States so I can get this looked at. Rather be safe than sorry!
