Cycling the length of Ireland for charity
Donation protected
Hello! I’m Laura, this year in September I’m solo cycling and wild camping the length of Ireland, 600 miles to raise money for 2 charities. Any donation you can contribute would be greatly appreciated, and will help support the truly incredible work these charities do in Cornwall and beyond! Thank you so much!
Firstly, The Wave Project who offer surf therapy for young people struggling with their mental health, physical health or social isolation. The NHS recognised therapy combines therapeutic elements of the ocean with the adventure of surfing in a supportive culture of acceptance, leading to increased self-esteem, reduced anxiety and improved well-being.
Secondly, The Women’s Centre Cornwall who provide support and a safe space for women who have experienced sexual or domestic abuse and violence. The work they do is so important for affected women to feel validated, empowered and supported on their individual processing and healing journey.
Thank you reading, and for any donations you make :) Self funded, 100% of donations will go to charity!
