automobile pedestrian accident

My friend was ran over by a suv August 10 2014. The person who did it is not taking responsibility for it and he is needing post therapy. Any help is a start to his full recovery and is greatly appreciated. Josh Rich Is a very charming, caring young man. He always has a smile on his face. Josh has always been the type to make people laugh and bring joy to anyone he is around. He would give his last shirt off his back to anyone. He is expecting a baby in six months and always has been a hardworking, get it on my own type of guy. Josh is going on his fourth day in the hospital. But is hoping to be release to go home in the next few days.   c
