A little over a week ago, Casey and I lost a wonderful friend. Jasmine and her family were our next door neighbors for over 4 years. We watched Jasmine grow into a beautiful woman. She greeted us daily with her sweet smile. We loved hearing about her latest school activities and nothing made Jas happier than talking about her latest soccer achievements. She was incredible. Her love for the sport and her dedication to her talent was beyond words. She loved soccer with all of her heart. And even though I didn't know much about the sport, I always loved hearing her talk about it. Casey and her shared a deep bond. He would watch her games and loved hearing about her lastest championship. She was the type of girl that I just loved seeing every day. But the world took her all too soon. She was tragically taken from us at the ripe age of 20. She was just about to spread her wings and go off to Cal Poly Pomona where she earned a full ride for soccer.

As her family and friends mourn the loss of such a wonderful girl, they need help with funeral costs and hospital bills.
