Winter Guard Nationals Trip!

Hello! My name is Kristopher and I am a Freshman at Corona del Sol High School in Tempe, AZ. Over the summer I had a great opportunity to meet and become friends with so many kids from my High School, during our Marching Band Camp. I have joined the Color Guard Team and have had such a great time! Though the work is hard it is so fulfilling working as an integral part of this team! I will also be joining our school's Winter Guard Team as well.
My Winter Guard Team is planning to go to the WGI Color Guard World Championships in Dayton Ohio ( http://wgi.org/) in April, which is near the end of our season. Our Team Director has told us that it is an amazing experience that we will remember forever! We get to meet people from all over the world, compete against them, and may even get to work with some of them, learning new techniques and routines. I am extremely happy and fortunate for the opportunity to go!
Our Boosters have had some cuts in their funding and our entire season, as well as the trip and expenses needed to go to the World Championships, have to be totally self funded by our group. This means that we need to work hard on our Fund Raising as well as come up with as much as we can through our own means to make all this a reality. Our Team isn't worried as we know that we can do it along with the help of our Teachers, Parents and everyone out there helping with our Fund Raisers!
Anything you can donate will definitely help take the financial burden off my parents. I know that it's difficult for them, yet they are totally supportive and I would like to help them cut some costs as well. Any amount is Extremely appreciated!
