Please help the California State University of Long Beach Trimester Nursing Class of 2018 raise money for our pinning ceremony!
A pinning ceremony is a symbolic welcoming of newly graduated nurses into the nursing profession. The new nurses are presented with nursing pins and will recite the Nightingale Pledge of Nursing. Due to budget cuts, our tradition is no longer funded, that's why we need your help! With your help and support, we can make this the memorable, elegant ceremony we will remember for years to come.
Due to a generous donation by one the graduating student’s family, we were able to secure the Long Beach Yacht Club as the venue for our ceremony (http://www.lbyc.org). There are however, still many things that are needed to make a ceremony of this size meaningful and enjoyable! Please consider donating to help off-set the cost of appetizers, drinks, decorations, etc. We appreciate any donation you're able to provide and we thank you in advance for supporting the beginning of our future nursing careers!
