Our Mam Susan Dagger-Price

This is our story,Our beautiful kind Mam sadly passed away on the 27th March 2023 from a very rare condition called CREST.

This is a very cruel disease with no cure and is life limited.There hasn’t been enough research in the UK,so doctors trying to treat our Mam had limited knowledge on how to help her.

Calcinosis-calcium deposits in the skin

Raynauds Phenomenon -spasms of blood vessels in response to cold or stress

Esophageal Dysfunction -acid reflux and decrease in motility of esophagus

Sclerodactyly-thickening and tightening of the skin on the fingers or hands

Telangiectasia-dilation of capillaries causing red marks on surface of skin

So Mam needed a new Aortic heart valve 5 years ago.She had pulmonary hypertension lung disease,plus many other problems.Then a few days before her passing she had kidney failure.

I am asking you all to support us to try and get a cure for this rare disease.
