Cremation, services, and probate

As many of you know, my wife passed away unexpectedly the day before Valentine's day at the age of 29. Still unsure what happened and are awaiting the final autopsy. She wanted to be cremated and have a small service.  The reason I am making this gofundme is to help pay for that and to hire a lawyer for probate so that me our 6 kids do not lose the house since it was in her name and she did not have a will. I would not be asking if it was not an emergency. I have already spoken with the VA and there is nothing that they are able to do.  Right now I'm in a dark place and I'm looking for as much help as possible. Thank you.
