Help bring our dad home so he can rest in peace

My father in law passed on Saturday the 13th and in the mist of that i been trying to help keep everyone grounded his daughter has been basically working day and night helping her mother who is disabled with everything and even between my job and social security of her mother its still hard to get up the money to get him cremated and we asked the town for assistance and after filling out the paperwork they asked for it wasn't enough and they want documents that we dont have access too we just want our dad home and not sitting in a freezer his wife is still in state of denial to the point of even trying to prepare his favorite meals in preparation for him coming home like it never happend and i hope when we do final have his ashes it could help her start healing we are all very kind people and he was one of the kindest souls i ever had the pleasure to know the kind of man that would give you the shirt off his back in sub zero temps just because you mentioned it was kind of cold so please give us a hand in getting him back home where he belongs thank you
