Creedence's Cleft Therapy Costs

As most of our friends and family know, our son Creedence was born with a cleft lip and palate. The treatment for his cleft includes multiple surgeries and various therapies for feeding, speech, and bodywork. He is 5 months old now and about to have his first surgery at Phoenix Children's Hospital. We have been traveling to Phoenix from Joseph City every 3-4 weeks since he was born and travel costs, especially with current gas prices, have been a strain. He also has some intense therapy coming up after his surgery to help further correct his head shape and help oral motor function. These therapies are not covered by our insurance, but will greatly improve Creedence's quality of life. We chose not to have a baby shower before he was born in case it came down to this type of fundraising. We appreciate any help that friends or family could offer. We love you all!
