Hello we are rasing money to help with the expense of my youngest son max and his mother having to live at the hospital due to Max’s heart condition. He was born 5 years ago with a condition called HLHS which means he only has one  ventricle to his heart. In his 5 years he has had 5 open heart surgery's. Max is now in heart failure and is now getting a heart transplant. Once the surgery is done. We will have to travel back down to the cities 3 times a week for checkups. You might have heard of max and his condition through Make-A-Wish mn. And his dream to become a Minnesota twins player. This is going to be the roughest time for my family, because we will not know how long we will be living at the hospital. Any help that you can give even if it is just a kind word or a prayer is greatful.
