Raising £15,000 to implement Yondr phone pouches across Cotham School.
What Are Yondr Pouches?
Lockable fabric pouches that securely store students' phones during school hours. Students:
- Place phones in pouches upon arrival
- Keep pouches with them all day (phones remain in their possession)
- Unlock pouches at exit stations when leaving
Why This Matters
Phone distractions significantly impact learning. Research shows even the presence of phones reduces cognitive capacity and academic performance.
Impact of Your Support
Your donation helps purchase 1,200 pouches, install unlocking stations, and train staff. Schools using Yondr report improved concentration and healthier social interactions.
