Selva Huygens is a Berlin-based sustainable brand known for its brutalist approach to art and fashion. We transform discarded car parts and industrial waste into striking, functional, avant-garde pieces that challenge conventional aesthetics. Our primary goal is to develop a ready-to-wear collection that is accessible to everyone while promoting sustainable practices and materials.
Committed to sustainability, we utilize cutting-edge fabrics made from recycled battery separators by TEXNIC. These high-performance separators, essential components in electric vehicles, were previously discarded due to minor flaws. Now, we use fabric made from these separators as the primary material for our upcoming collection.
We're seeking your support to take our brand to the next level: to develop our first ready-to-wear collection, purchase all necessary materials and accessories, hire interns, and present our collection at European and international fashion weeks.
We aim to expand our brand on both national and international levels by presenting our work, launching collaborative projects, providing new job opportunities, and promoting innovative, sustainable fashion practices.
