Community & Love for B & Her Boys

Hi, my name is Wendy, and I am fundraising for my beautiful niece B and her two young  boys.

My niece has a vibrant, growing little two-year-old son, and a brand new, 1 month old son. Two weeks before the birth of her second son, her husband passed away unexpectedly and suddenly at home.

 

My niece is a strong and resilient young woman, but the layers of grief and loss are so impactful. she is working on a plan to be able to support her little children and herself for a lifetime, and in the meantime she needs support from her family (all who have really stepped up) and her friends (all who have been amazingly supportive) and a broader community of people who, like myself, believe that it takes a whole community to raise a family. 

 

My niece is a lot like me, and has a hard time asking for support. Our humility can put blocks up when life gets hard. But I know when we are at our lowest is exactly when we need to know that there is humanity in our world, and that people believe in each other.

 

So, with great humility and vulnerability, I am asking for your help.

She needs some support to get through this first year - navigating being a new mama, with two little children  - and now suddenly being on her own. Some of you have already helped out financially, and we are forever grateful. Any support is greatly appreciated.
