My name is Melvin and on Nov 21st 2015 I had a stroke. I have gone through a hospital stay, I have completed inpatient therapy in Memphis and I am currently attending outpatient therapy in Plano, Tx. Although I do have insurance the medical bills are overwhelming and I need continued therapy that will not be covered by my insurance. I am willing to return to work and hopefully get most of my physical health back!
