I got a devastating phone call today that my baby brother had drowned. He was 28 years old. He has an 8 year old daughter. My family and I do not have money for a funeral. My family would like to be able to have something for him. He deserves it. He was always so full of life. Always joking, making people laugh. He was all around a wonderful person. He is going to be missed by everyone. Please help if you can. My family would appreciate anything. Thank you.
