Close Your Legs, Honey zooms in on Honey Baker, the smartest little girl at the glitziest pageant in lower-middle Tennessee and asks what's so wrong with being mediocre? There is no better medium than the experimental, diverse programming of the Philadelphia Fringe Festival!
