Cindy & Donny Brown - Farmers Market Friends

Hello, My name is Tina Rhoades, and I am looking to organize needed funds to help an extraordinary friend and fellow farmers' market vendor, Cindy Brown (and her husband Donny) of Dry Creek Farms.

Just over 2 weeks ago Cindy had open heart surgery. The surgery was needed following a lengthy battle with her heart conditions and farm-life. The surgery itself went well however there were some complications in her recovery that made for a lengthy and continued ICU stay.

Now, Cindy and Donny are farmers in Ranger, GA and are the mobile meat vendors at both the Acworth Farmers Market and the Woodstock Farm Fresh Market. They have supplied these North Georgia communities with top quality beef, pork, lamb, and goat meats... as well as some occational produce. They work extemely hard and in exteme weather and now with Cindy unable to "farm" their sole means of support and income is at a standstill.

Cindy is one of my best friends. She and Donny have touched so many lives in our Farmers Market community. I'd like to ask our Farmers Market Family to come together and help these wonderful and exceptional farmers get through this tough time.

Funds will be utilized by the family to help defer hospital bills as well as other forseen farm expenses and cost of living. Thank you all so very much ...
