Christensen Jimenez; Trauma Patient

Hi, my name is Jonathan Jimenez and I am fundraising for my brother Christensen.

On August 18, 2022 Chris suffered a severe motorcycle accident on the 163NB. On impact he sustained multiple skull fractures, bleeding from head and was unconscious on scene. When arriving to the hospital, doctors mentioned that he was in a very terrible condition. There was immense amount of pressure and blood building up in his skull and brain. Doctors say that if he would’ve arrived any longer, he wouldn’t have made it out. Chris had to undergo two emergency brain surgeries later that night, both were very high risk procedures and his chances were 50/50 of surviving. He is currently receiving ongoing evaluation and treatment and no anticipated discharge date.

Throughout the 28 years I’ve been with Chris, he has always been a very caring, helpful, loving and wholesome person with his family and friends. An individual with a HUGE heart. He has always had a striving and motivating mentality upon himself and others. Chris is the type of person to lay out both hands for you if you are ever in need of help. This is what brings him happiness.

Chris’s accident was not foreseen and it was unexpected. Doctors are anticipating and have told us to prepare for a long recovery and rehabilitation. It’s not easy for him and us, his family. Please help us continue carrying him in your prayers. All proceedings will go towards his medical bills and treatments for rehabilitation.
