My brother Chris Unstead has always put others before himself. He is a volunteer Fire Fighter, Self Employed business man and always goes out of his way to help others.
Last night whilst working, he was waved down by a group of people who had rolled their car. Withouit hesitation, he went to assist them and helping to get the car back on its wheels. During this process, the car fell back and he ended up being trapped under the car. As a result of this, he has a severely crushed foot, and very badly broken left leg.
Chris is now facing at least 12 months of rehabilitation and at very worst, his leg may still possibly not be saved due to the extent of his injuries.
Chris will be unable to work for a very long time. He wont be able to help doing what he loves as a Volunteer Fire Fighter. He wont be able to ride his horses which he loves very much and most of all, being the outgoing, charasmatic person that he is, it will take a long time for him to be out and about, being our everyday hero that we all know him to be.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE donate anything you can to ease this pain and to help with the lengthy ongoing medical treatments, loss of income and anything else that will make this challenge that Chris and his family are facing a little easier.
