My older brother, and best friend, Chris Hardwicke passed away on Monday, September 28th at the age of 45. There was nothing Chris cared about more in his life than his children, Liam and Grace. One thing that came close was how much he loved to learn new things. Anyone lucky enough to get to know my brother quickly saw his love of learning. If you ever starred at the night sky or watched an episode of Jeopardy with him, you saw his passion for knowledge, curiosity and exploring history, thoughts and ideas.
My parents, Ann and Phil, and I created this Memorial Scholarship Fund in Chris's name for his two children, Liam Hardwicke and Grace Hardwicke. We are asking that you give as much as you can so that his two children will be able to pursue, discover and continue that same love of learning for themselves as they go on to college. All money donated to this memorial fund is for Liam and Grace's educational pursuits after graduating high school. It will be split 50-50 between the two of them.
Help Chris continue sharing his love of learning to the two most important people in his life, Liam and Grace. Chris's life was cut abruptly short, but I want this fund to allow Chris, and our love for him, to support Grace and Liam's education for years to come. Thank you to all who can give. We are so grateful for all the love we have received from all the people who Chris touched in his far too short life. This donation you're giving will pass that light of love and understanding on...
