Children’s voices matter too!

Hi, my name is Kayla & I’m a single mother of 3 reaching out for help. There is a viral video going around about my children Baileigh & Jake . They were taken and forced to go with their dad and step mom after step mom stepped out of character on video, to the police & to myself in front of the children and their father . The father did nothing in this matter . He had police served me with a civil warrant to remove the kids , because yes it was his dad with our children court ordered , but I wouldn’t have kept them for no reason. My daughter and son are being abused by the step mother , verbally , mentally & physically. My daughter screaming for her life (as captioned on video) telling officers she isn’t going and screamed it to her father as well. I know I broke court order & im currently seeking a contempt of court charge, but I was only protecting my children as any mother would do so. Officers were also interrogating my daughter is an unprofessional tone like an adult , keep in mind she’s 8 years old & will 9 years old tommorw 2/11. Asking her how she’s being abused over at her fathers home and she states how in video , and then proceeds to tell her it sounded like she was being coached. . and then proceeds to say they will. Now have to force her . And by force I mean she ripped by arms in all this , tackled literally , and she ran into my home to be safe and they entered my home and pulled her by the arms and got her out & then dad threw her over his shoulder and walked her into the pouring rain to his car where his wife is at (in the driver seat) and drove off with the children . She was driving under angry circumstances. No child should have to go through this & their voices matter too! The step mother also resisted an officer’s orders & was told she’d be taken into custody & wasn’t . I’m asking for help. I am struggling with funds right now , and I need to get an attorney as soon as possible we are going on day 3 . I need to get my children back where they belong and where. They will be safe . I may have missed somthing , but I’ve reached out to their father every day since including the day he ripped them away forcefully , at 7pm as court ordered and no response of him or children . And everything that I do , they somehow have a way of dismissing it, or having it thrown out . I need a really good lawyer / attorney & I need my children’s voices to be heated by the judge .
