I am a 44 year old father who was denied all parental, legal and human rights, inclusive of being denied any due process. My children have been abducted, and deprived of their rights and responsible father. Corruption, contempt of court, deceit, perjury, child abuse, kiddy snatching and parental alienation, infringement of constitutional rights, and cruel and inhuman treatment of responsible parents and their children is a welfare chauvinist, cultural phenomena of Albertan jurisprudence and rule of law.

The healthy and meaningful relationship with my children was maliciously and willfully destroyed; my children were already successfully exploited and abducted. My bank accounts have been frozen more than "Russian oligarchs" and Freedom Convoyers (also illegally and without assessment). I am seeking emergency funds for food, shelter, optical and health care, legal expenses and some financing for a new start in a civilized and developed territory or country.

What was willfully done is unforgivable but I should have had better foresight with Canada being a world leader in genocide and kiddy snatching/diddling.

I had a happy life, everything I could have wanted: a magnificent relationship with my beautiful children, even trivial things like a nice home and vehicles. All were unlawfully taken with malice, deceit and a consistent wanton disregard for children's best interests and rights, and legal rights of myself. My children have been the subject of kiddy snatching, abuse, neglect and exploitation - a typically cultural problem of canada to present day.

I am still physically and mentally fit, clean and sober, and even despite trauma from the children's abduction and abuse. Through the course of alberta's "due process", I also sustained a severe physical injury to my back and ribs. I manage constant pain every day, without substance, and have progressed from learning to properly walk again to running and training consistently with less physiotherapy. I still have not received any justice or compensation.

My children and myself were the subject of the following criminal acts with intent:

283 (1) Abduction (including exes past with another father)

215 (2) Providing the Necessities of Life

131 (1) Perjury (numerous counts including filing false affidavits)

139 (1) Obstructing Justice (numerous counts, including bros Insp.Johnson, Sgt.Scott, Cst.Skuba and PSB Det. Lisa Mah)

140 (1) Public Mischief (routine Karen-path)

298 (1) Defamatory Libel

122 Breech of Trust

126 (1) Disobeying Statute

219 (1) Criminal Negligence

137 Fabricating Evidence

220 Criminal Negligence

221 Criminal Negligence Causing Bodily Harm

267 Assault Causing Bodily Harm

267 Assault with a Weapon

279 (2) Forcible Confinement (incl. a Grandmother from Sgt. Fedechko who also routinely mans-up with BIPOC on restraining bars)

Constitutional Act 1982, Charter of Rights and Freedoms violated and infringed:

7. Right to life, liberty and security...Right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice;

8. Be secure against unreasonable search and seizure;

9. Right not to be arbitrarily detained or imprisoned;

10. Right on arrest or detention to be promptly informed of the reasons therefore, to retain and instruct counsel without delay, have the validity of the detention determined by way of habeas corpus and to be released if the detention is unlawful;

11. Charged with an offense has the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty according to law in a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal;

12. Everyone has the right not to be subjected to any cruel and unusual treatment or punishment;

15. Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to equal protection and benefit of the law without discrimination...;

28. Rights and freedoms referred to in are guaranteed equally to male and female persons.

Some other notable cultural acts contrary to the criminal code and rule of law: contempt of court, improper use of a computer, malicious prosecution, criminal harassment, theft under $5000, uttering threats, inviting a child to touch, child abuse.

Although there is no word in the English language to clearly explain the repulsiveness of the wilful injustices, I believe my tone may help explain the gravity of the situation. I truly appreciate and will remember any help from the public. Thank you for your time and help.
