Cheryl and Bill's Stage 4 liver cancer diagnosis

I’ve known Cheryl for more than ¾ of my life and know she will do anything to help anyone. She has suffered many tragic loses, one was when she became a widow for the 1st time. Now, she is facing being a widow for the 2nd time. Cheryl and Bill have been married for close to 20 years. In those years, they have had to face quite a few bumps in the road of life. Nothing they couldn’t handle and conquer, together. November of 2022, Bill had a heart attack and was diagnosed with other life changing diseases, like diabetes. He underwent surgery on his heart and was able to return to his life duties, like working. But he continued to be exhausted and needed many rest breaks to get through the day. Shortly after his return to work, he was diagnosed with covid. He continued to be wore down and struggled to catch his breath more and more after the covid diagnosis. Bill and Cheryl decided it was time to follow up with his doctor to find out what was going on. After several blood draws with a rapidly decreasing hemoglobin, Bill went for a CT scan to find the source of blood loss. This is when they found out the unthinkable, Bill was diagnosed with Stage 4 Liver cancer. This type of cancer is very aggressive and Bill has began treatment, but it is not helping it seems. Bill has no life insurance and Cheryl was able to get a small policy, but it won’t be matured for 2 years. This time frame was going to be pushing it when Bill was given 1-2 years , but a few days ago Cheryl was informed Bill's remaining time with her has changed. He has less than 6 months. Bill’s end of life wishes are a simple cremation. The expenses for that are not too much, but Cheryl needs to be able to be home more to give Bill the proper care he deserves in his last days. She has reached out to hospice to help with his care and comfort, but she can not keep working the way she is now. They applied for disability, but the appointment isn’t until the end of April. It may be too late for them. They need any financial and prayer help you can give them right now. Anything is greatly appreciated. Thank you
