Chase's Recovery Fund

Charley & Natasha are raising funds to help cover the enormous medical costs for our friend Wayne Arenburg's dog, Chase, after a scary accident a few weeks ago.

In the wee hours of October 6th, while out for a walk with a friend, Chase got loose and ran across the road after another dog. He was subsequently struck by two cars (both of which did not stop or return), and his leg was very badly injured. That night he was taken to emergency, where Wayne opted for surgery the next day at a different vet to try and save Chase's leg. In addition to the unfortunate accident and already incredibly stressful situation, Wayne's car also broke down twice that evening.

Wayne was able to borrow a vehicle the next day, and the vet was able to save Chase's leg by putting metal plates in it. He is resting and doing well with x-rays next month to make sure everything is healing properly, but as you can imagine, the costs for surgery and everything else have put a big strain on Wayne in more ways than one.

We hope you can find any small amount to help our sweet friend Wayne and his lovely dog Chase. No donation is too small! All proceeds will go directly to Wayne to help cover the cost of Chase's surgery, medicine and recovery checkups with the vet.
