This past Thursday Night our "Bro" Chase B had a major bike accident on his way home from working at the shop. Cause of the accident is TBD, all he knows is he woke up in the hospital. Chase was taken to the ER with a fractured skull and bleeding on his brain. After 4 days of hospital care Chase has been released into the care of friends and family and is under continual supervision for the next week. Final diagnosis is unknown at this point. What we do know is that brain injuries take time to heal and the final effects of such an injury may not be known for some time.

There will be large Medical bills even with insurance. Loss of work (although we are moving some things around in hopes of creating a position for him during this time that will better fit his physical/mental situation) and a myriad of other yet unknown financial impacts from this incident. For a "dude" going to school and working at a bicycle shop this type of life event can be a major mental and physical setback in such a young man's life....

Chase never wants to be a burden to anyone and is not one to accept individual support. So we wanted to get some group support going for our dear friend Chase.
