The Arnold's Journey w Parkinson's

Hello friends we are coming upon a year now since our lives were forever changed by Dan becoming very sick. It has been a long difficult year but God has blessed us in mire ways we could name right here! He is the provider of all. Dan was finally able to begin treatment after 10 months of drs and lots of guessing! Once the disease progressed to the point it has now it became evident that he has young onset Parkinson's with Frank dementia! Dan is 44 years old!! He's losing brain tissue on right side of his brain as well! No one seems to know why!! His daily struggles with just basic things like eating have become difficult. See Dans symptoms started out with seizures and most Parkinson's patients don't have seizures, but Dan did so this threw off the drs since he didn't fit their textbook parkinsons patient! Unfortunately this has drained all if our resources to basic needs. Dan did get approved for SS disability and now gets 1/5 of what he was making when he worked! He was getting LTD but that has been cut off due to them saying they iver paid them by $5000.00!! We have to pay that back before they will resume the $500.00 a month benefit!

As for me I'm awaiting 2 total knee replacements and hernia repair.

Our medical bills are out the roof. According to the government we don't qualify for aren't assistance because we are just iver the threshold to qualify. Our church has been extremely gracious and Dans parents as well. Any help you would prayerfully consider at this time would be so appreciated!! Thank you and God Bless you all!!
