On Thursday, March 24, five-year-old Joanna (Jojo) Walk passed away from an accident on the family farm. Her parents, Isaac and Kasie Walk, are devastated. Jojo's funeral was on Tuesday, March 29th, with nearly 400 people attending. Jojo was the oldest of three children and an absolute joy to know.

 

We know the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. (Ps. 34:18). Jojo was raised in a faith-filled home as Isaac, Kasie, and members of their extended family are faithful followers of our Lord Jesus Christ. The family affirms Jojo's step into eternity with Christ; however, the pain of the relational separation is severe.

 

In support of the Walk family, we are launching this Go Fund Me page to assist in covering their family's financial needs. Isaac is self-employed in farming, and Kasie is employed by Berger Rental Communities. Both will take extended time off to care for their two younger children and work through their grief together. Thank you for your consideration in helping to alleviate some financial pressure Isaac and Kasie are facing in light of Jojo's passing.
