I'm turning 31! I want to invite you to celebrate me by supporting the Los Angeles Chinatown Community Land Trust (LA CCLT), an organization that works tirelessly to create and preserve community-owned, democratically-governed, and permanently affordable housing in Chinatown.

This year, the LA Chinatown Community Land Trust is calling on community members to help raise $450,000 to acquire their first building and provide the critical resources to steward it responsibly. With your donation, they can move quickly to acquire buildings in a competitive market, keep housing in community hands (and out of corporate ones), and ensure Chinatown residents have stable, affordable housing for generations.
