Me and my friends Chris, Carl, Liam, Dan and Jake want to help people that are in a place where they feel they have nothing or no one. So we are raising money in aid of Campaign Against Living Miserably

Our challenge is to each carry 15kg over a total distance of 5,475miles to represent the average of 15 people taking their own life per day and the annual total being 5,475 That are no longer with us in England and Wales.

We already feel that this distance isn’t going to be easy or even possible so to break a stigma of Men not asking for help we are also asking others to help even if it’s just one mile carrying 15kg that we can add to our Strava total please let us know.

£6 Could pay for a resource pack to help a parent move forward after losing a child to suicide.

£12.20 Could pay for a life-saving call to our suicide prevention helpline.

£250 Could pay for two and a half hours of professional support on our suicide prevention helpline.

£625 Can fund research to create online resources that help people struggling to find the support and advice they need.

£4500 Can get our vital online resources in front of 100,000 young people who need them.
