Carrie's Cancer

3 weeks ago my wife, Carrie was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. She has had 1 surgery with a second one scheduled for September 7. This one is a major surgery with a 3-4 day stay at Womack Army Hospital followed by at least 8 weeks out of work. The stage of the cancer has yet to be determined but after surgery the chemo procedure will be mapped out for us.
Carrie is part time with no benefits and my benefits at Walmart are associate only and does not extend to spouses. My income takes care of most of the household bills but without Carrie's income go 2 plus months things will get very tight and put us in a no win situation. Right now our worries are 2 fold, how we will financially survive and how to battle cancer. We need to focus on the latter.
I have always taken care of my family but in this situation I see no light at the end of the tunnel so I am dropping my pride and asking for help to get through the dark days ahead. Any help we receive will be heart felt as we battle this demon called cancer.
