Carol's Cancer Relief Fund

If you know Cross-Rhodes, you know Carol Katsarea. For 30-something years now, Carol's been serving up the Evanston community all your favorite Greek-American dishes, and doing so in her unique stylings we've all come to love. Her expertise in this endeavor is sorely missed at Cross-Rhodes, as she is currently on a, hopefully brief, sabbatical.

Unfortunately, what's been keeping Carol busy nowadays is her battle with Stage 3 lung cancer. She's making great progress in her recovery, but she's far from being able to serve you a hot plate of fresh Greek fries. Financing her medical treatment and her basic needs is also becoming very difficult as she's been out of work for over two months now.

That is why we are asking family, friends, and all of our Cross-Rhodes fans to consider making a contribution to this relief fund and keep our favorite redhead server afloat.
