Fundraising and fundraising events for people affected by cancer to enable them to have a free complementary therapy of their choice within our selected and qualified team. This is to include reflexology, facial reflexology with crystal healing, aromatherapy massage, Indian Head massage, Reiki, meditation, mindfulness and visualisation.  Manicure, pedicure, make up and microblading.  Sound Bath Therapy and laughter yoga. Personal training, aerobic exercise and yoga.  All our therapies can be adapted to suit an individuals current health.
 
Being told you have cancer can have a profound affect on your emotions, such as feeling shocked and hard to accept.  You may feel frightened, angry and or extremely emotional.  And there is also the financial implications….four in five people are affected by the impact of cancer.  There will be many hospital appointments, maybe surgery, radiotherapy and or chemotherapy.
 
So our aim is to support people affected by cancer to reduce the side effects of cancer treatments. Improving physical and emotional wellbeing.
