Lazar House Fire Relief Fund

Just afternoon on November 23, my brother and his wife evacuated their home when smoke detectors went off. Thankfully, they were able to exit the home safely as fire crews battled a flame that engulfed their home.

The structure of the house remains, but a good portion the contents were either burned, charred by extreme heat, or damaged by smoke or water. Including one of their vehicles.

They are grateful to the firefighters and first responders and we are thankful no one was seriously injured. My brother, just as my husband earlier this year, is very strong and of course, being the incredibly unselfish person he is, will not ask for any help. But I know first hand just how much even a prayer from a stranger can help.

This GoFund me campaign will raise money to help my brother and his wife replace basic short-term needs ... things we take for granted. It will also help them get settled into temporary housing as they figure out next steps with their home. If you can't donate say a little prayer for my family.
