Humbly Seeking Help

We are in a position where our semi truck broke down on us. We had someone to offer to pay the bill with us paying them back in weekly payments. The shop had the truck towed, ordered and paid for the part, and did the work. However, the person that told us to put the truck in the shop and that he would pay for it, will not answer his phone or respond to inboxes. We are humbly asking for assistance to pay the owner of this shop. We also hold our title free and clear if someone would be willing to accept that as collateral until we could pay them back for a loan.
