We’ve all heard stories before of sordid situations where due to parents separating, a child often gets the worst of it by being caught in the crossfire. Well, that is exactly the situation here.
Only worse, as you have also heard before, an embittered custodial parent using their child as a pawn to inflict harm to the child’s non-custodial parent.
In this case, a custodial parent used two separate false and Unfounded Family Offense Petitions since October 2011, to deny a child's birth & constitutional right.
This is the case with Jonathan B. Adams, of Yorktown, NY. A man who has actively raised his child from infancy only be told since January 7th 2014, that he's in essence no longer needed to raise his son and be a part of the child’s life, by a broken Family Court system.
As of today, Alex is only allowed to see his Father through strict Family Court appointed supervised visitation company (14 hours in over 200 days and counting.)
We ask for your help to restore an 8 year old child rights to his Father and bring Alex back home!
Jonathan has spent thousands of dollars in cost, to fight tirelessly and believes one hundred years from now, it will not matter what his bank account was, the sort of house he lived in, or the kind of car he drove...but the world may be different because Jonathan was important in the life of Alex.
