My last wishes are to be surrounded by family in my final hours. My last wish is to be in Maryland. I am asking my loved ones to help to get me there! Medical transportation to Maryland from Florida is costly, however this is my final wish. Please don’t let me die amongst strangers. Get me to Maryland!
