بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيم
السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكاتُهُ
Missira is a village in The Gambia's upper river area, in the district of Sandu. Its population is estimated to be around 2000 people.
A Masjid, an orphanage, and a school are all needed.
The cost of the most basic structures will be £50,000.
By Allah's grace, we have begun work on the masjid project. Lamin Yaffa, a Missira local, is the person in charge of this project.
Please watch the photographs and videos attached for an overview of the hard work that has been done thus far. Please join us in this effort and reap the rewards and blessings of Allah swt.
As you can see, the inhabitants of Missira are impoverished and in desperate need of a mosque, orphanage, and school.
We were able to gather £14,000 to begin the project.
