Budders’ broken Leg needs surgery

My 3 month old Kitten Budders a sweet and playful kitty has broken his leg and requires an orthopedic specialist to preform surgery on it. Unfortunately, we do not have the money to get his surgery which was estimated $5k. Please help me get Budders the care he needs.
