Bruce Crichton needs our help.

My brother Bruce has had a few bad years....I thank God and his friends for helping him thus far but because of all the red tape and Bruce's issues we have not been able to get him any state or gov't help.   I am trying to keep him in a small efficiency apt in Waycross where he's been for a few months.  I am not able to support him myself so I am asking for any help you might be able to give.  
Bruce has been a self-supported musician for more than 40 years.  I don't know what happened but he's suffered some kind of mental breakdown or something.  He's had an MRI and there is no damage associated with illness or trauma.  
I just want to keep a roof over his head while we continue to try to get him permanent help.
